This flirty dress has plenty of style! The one shoulder strap is beaded at the front with black, silver and white seed beads. The other shoulder has a clear bra-style strap. Rouching at the waist hides the tummy, as does the ruffle down the side. Fully lined, these dresses fit on the small side.  Comes with a purple scarf made from the same fabric (not shown).
