Product Description
Mesh skirt has an elastic waist, and is lined. Front is split with tiers of ruffles between ruffled edges, all stitched with red thread. Split can be worn to the front or back (perfect for a Victorian look). Currently only Large available. Waist measures 36" unstretched.
